1. Design and improve short to long-term university development plans guided out.
2. To prepare the university accreditation and evaluation performance carried out.
3. To supervise the implementation of ongoing projects and improve.
4. To review annually the addition and adjustment of department and graduate programs based on goals set by university development plans.

1. To provide incentives for individual and team academic research projects.
2. To encourage promotions of the faculty by providing academic advice, and support.
3. To facilitate cooperative programs between the university and industry and other private and public institutions.
