1. Design and improve short to long-term university development plans guided out.
2. To prepare the university accreditation and evaluation performance carried out.
3. To supervise the implementation of ongoing projects and improve.
4. To review annually the addition and adjustment of department and graduate programs based on goals set by university development plans.
