Objectives
This department provides knowledge of three
areas:
1. professional knowledge of insurance, so
students capable of working for the expansion of
insurance company and managing their own financial
insurance.
2. professional knowledge of actuarial science, so
students are capable of working for the actuary
department of insurance or finance companies and
getting a hold of their own insurance products.
3. professional knowledge of statistical analysis,
so students are capable of working as
statisticians in business enterprises and
deciphering their own statistical documents.
Curricular Focus
In order to systematically acquire the above
skills, we have divided our coursework into four
categories including: mathematics, statistics,
actuarial science, and insurance.
Application
This program being a study of multi-
disciplines, students will gain proficiency in
knowledge of multiple areas upon completion of
